Brian Tokarz is a seasoned litigator with a passion for complex construction and commercial disputes. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of construction law, Brian represents general contractors, owners, developers, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers and architects in a broad range of disputes. His expertise includes construction defects, design errors and omissions, construction liens, change order disputes, workplace injuries, project delays, and insurance coverage matters.
From multi-family residential to hotels, manufacturing facilities, government projects, amusement parks and railways, Brian has advised his clients on a wide array of construction projects. Brian's experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, including AIA contract documents, is unparalleled.
