Chad Pollard and the team at Clair, Thompson & Pollard, S.C. have aligned their interests with the lawyers of Stuart & Soberalski, LLC.
Beginning in 2025, the entity, Clair Law, will be dissolved to make way for a new law firm: Stuart, Tokarz, Soberalski & Pollard LLC.
The new firm will maintain offices in Delavan and Milwaukee, focusing on real estate litigation, zoning, land use and development, commercial and residential real estate transactions, business litigation and corporate law. Chad and legal assistants Dawn and Alissa will continue to maintain the 617 E. Walworth Ave, Delavan office, providing the same responsive, team-oriented, high-quality legal services that Clair Law’s Walworth County clients have come to expect for over 50 years.
With the addition of another 54 years of combined experience between attorneys Bill Stuart, Brian Tokarz, Garrett Soberalski & Chloe Speech, the new team has the expanded capacity and ability to serve an even greater number of Walworth County clients.
